  1. Copyright Retention: Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. License Terms: Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, users are free to:
    • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
    • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
    • Under the following terms:
      • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
      • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
  3. Self-Archiving: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
